1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Paul King Productions ("we", "us", "our") for photography or visual production services, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Paul King Productions provides drone photography, promotional photography, and print photography services based in Perth, Western Australia. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.

3. Bookings & Deposits

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. The deposit amount will be specified in your project quote. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the booking. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours notice will be accommodated where possible at no additional charge. Cancellations due to unsafe weather or site conditions will be rescheduled at no penalty to either party.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All photographs and visual content created by Paul King Productions remain the intellectual property of Paul King Productions. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a licence to use the agreed deliverables for the purposes outlined in their project brief.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Paul King Productions retains the right to use any images created for portfolio, promotional, website, and social media purposes.

Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of images to third parties without written consent is prohibited.

6. Drone Operations

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations. We hold the appropriate Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) and operate under an approved ReOC where required. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the location is accessible and that any necessary site or landowner permissions have been obtained prior to the shoot.

7. Liability

Paul King Productions will take all reasonable care in the delivery of services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or site access issues.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

8. Image Editing & Delivery

Final images will be edited in Paul King Productions' signature style. Specific editing requests must be communicated prior to the shoot. Delivered images are for the client's use only — raw/unedited files are not provided unless explicitly agreed. Delivery timelines will be outlined in your project agreement.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Paul King Productions and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
